How do we change a culture?

Read the second issue here.

This is a question that is often on my mind. When I walk the streets of Brakpan, it differs vastly from the streets of my youth and leaves me with resentment.

But, instead of becoming bitter, we must take hands—be in one accord—to change the town. But before we can do that, we must change our own beliefs about Brakpan.

After living in Brakpan for 5 decades, I realized that I don’t know my fellow citizens.

With this newsletter, I want to reach out and get to know the people, their stories and my community better.

I am Lynelle Clark, a self-published author, qualified home inspector, translator, competition judge, and life couch with 10 years’ experience in the publishing world.

This newsletter will serve as a bridge:

To build connection

• To understand our environment and the different cultures, and,

• To learn from each other.

Grace and Peace to you,

Lynelle Clark
